  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered: If a service has not been started or delivered as per the initial agreement.

Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.

Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the client cancels the service before any work has started.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Once a service has been delivered or partially completed.

If delays are caused by lack of communication or required materials from the client’s side.

For custom design, development, or consultation services once work has commenced.

For digital products or downloadable assets after access has been granted.

If the client simply changes their mind or no longer requires the service.

  1. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the issue arising.

The request should include the reason for the refund, project details, and any relevant documentation.

Upon receiving the request, our team will investigate the case and respond within 5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended. We strongly encourage clients to contact us to resolve any issues amicably before initiating a dispute.

  1. Modifications to Policy

Cyvextech LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
